This week we plan on enjoying all the candy for Halloween. But what happens after we've eaten all the treats and spooky food colored foods? We need to clean our teeth by brushing and flossing!

Note: This post is in partnership with Plackers. I received product samples for review purpose. Any personal views expressed are always 100% my own.

While most kids can handle brushing their teeth with no problem, getting them to floss isn't as easy. Lets be honest. Flossing isn't exactly exciting fun. That's why families with kids should know about Plackers Kids flossers.

Plackers Kids flossers come in kid friendly flavors, have bright fun colors and are just the right size for little hands. My niece was able to floss her teeth easily after a meal, since the kids flossers has a dual grip handle and angled head to fit her smaller mouth.

But that's not all. Each Plackers Kids Flosser contains fluoride to promote healthy teeth. And the bag has a suze-zip seal, which means easy close and no spilling all over the bathroom sink and floor.

If you need a way to encourage kids to floss better and more regularly then try using some of these Plackers products.

• Kids flossers: The sugar in Halloween candy can play some unwanted tricks on your child’s teeth if you’re not careful. It’s important to ensure your children floss their teeth before bed after a night of sweet treats. Plackers Kids flossers makes it easy with a dual grip handle and angled head. The Fruit Smoothie Swirl flavor and bright colors don’t hurt either!

• Back Teeth Micro Mint flossers: But children aren’t the only ones at risk of tricks this season – research says parents may not get dressed up to go trick-or-treating but 44% will eat more candy than their children this Halloween! Plackers Back Teeth Micro Mint flossers are available for those parents that shamelessly steal candy from their children’s Halloween haul. These angled floss picks are specially designed to access hard to reach back teeth.

• Apple Cinnamon flossers: Looking for something with fall flavors? Plackers Apple Cinnamon flossers are infused with a burst of apple cinnamon flavor that will delight your senses and keep your smile free of debris

Hopefully these Plackers products help your kids avoid “boo-thaches” this spooky holiday season.

With “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” releasing in theaters soon, many families are looking for star war themed items to help them get ready! For the last few months so many cool toys and products have been released for star wars fans to bring home.

Note: This is a sponsored post and I received a Kohl’s gift card to shop the Star Wars collection for review purpose. However, any personal views expressed are always 100% my own.

I swear Star Wars has some of the coolest toys and action figures. Of course my son wants most things Star Wars and I can't really blame him. So when Kohl’s Department Stores reached out to me to share the news about their amazing selection of Star Wars toys and memorabilia, I know where to go shopping!

While I love walking through stores and window shopping, this time I decided to do my hopping online to save time and get our items quickly.

The Kohl’s Star Wars Collection on the site is filled with a range of Star Wars toys and memorabilia to please everyone. There's items for young kid all the way up to collectors. They even have online only products!

I quickly filled my virtual shopping cart, checked out and waited for our package to arrive. While waiting, I received email shipping updates to let me know where my package was and estimated delivery time. This saved me from stalking the delivery guys!

And then before I knew it, our Kohl’s Star Wars package was here and it was time to play!

But first my son had to take out and inspect all the items *sigh*

• Star Wars - Playskool Galactic Heroes Millennium Falcon & Figures Set
• Star Wars: Episode VII - Forest Mission Figures (3.75-in.)
• Star Wars: Episode VII - Hasbro Snow Mission Armor Finn (3.75-in./Starkiller Base)
• Star Wars: Episode VII - Kylo Ren & Stormtrooper Walkie Talkie Set

After getting his toy approval, we started opening our Star Wars products!

We started with Playskool Star Wars Galactic Heroes Millennium Falcon. My son was SO excited to open this. I knew it would be a god item for him. It's such an iconic ship from the Star War movies that any little boy would want one.

Not only does it look amazing, it opens for some serious playtime with Han Solo, Chewbacca, and R2-D2. When my son is done saving the galaxy, he can put the figures away and carry his Millennium Falcon to a secret location to be played with next time.

The next item we opened was Star Wars: The Force Awakens Forest Mission Figures 3.75-in. Like many little boys, my son loves the idea of battling. This set allows him to do that with BB-8, Kylo Ren, Chewbacca, First Order Stormtrooper & Resistance Trooper!

This set also come with some very cool attachments that make combine weapons and then attached to each figure. This allowed for creative and extended role play.

After opening those two items, my son became lost in a mini galactic battle that lasted for the rest of the afternoon.

Maybe tomorrow we can open the other Star Wars products I ordered from Kohl's.

And so my son's Jedi training continues....

If like us, your family would love a few Star War items, then shop Kohl’s for great gift ideas this holiday. Kohl's offers customers incredible values on the most sought-after, must-have gifts, including an expansive selection of Star Wars product for the entire family.

Like many of you, I enjoyed food from other cultures but don't have a lot of time to make meals from start to finish. So when Stop & Shop offered me a chance to try their new World Menu line of internationally-inspired meals, I quickly grabbed a plate and went shopping at the nearest store.

Note: I received a gift card to purchase Stop & Shop World Menu samples for review purpose.  Any personal views expressed are always 100% my own.

Stop & Shop’s World Menu line features more than 50 Italian and Asian favorites, all featuring quality ingredients and easy preparation and found primarily in the frozen section. Yay!

The World Menu Italian line feature the bold flavors of Italy with classic pastas, cheeses and herbs - all imported straight from Italy - the products feature additional fresh, peak quality ingredients like broccoli rabe, spicy red peppers and wild forest mushrooms.

Products include a variety of frozen pastas, eggplant parmiggiana, broccoli rabe risotto, spicy arrabbiata or forest mushrooms with wild porcini among others.

The World Menu Asia line features Asian-inspired frozen meals and condiments with tender seafood, chicken and pork paired with fresh vegetables and savory sauces for mouthwatering flavors.

Items include potstickers, egg rolls, Mandarin orange chicken, shrimp lo mein, General Tso chicken, sesame chicken with brown rice or chicken tikka masala in addition to other varieties.

While shopping I chose items from both the Italian and Asia line to enjoy as a meal. From the Asian line I picked the Udon Noddle Stir Fry and from the Italian line I chose Ricotta and Spinach Tortelli and Gnocchi Sorrentina.

For dinner I made the Italian Ricotta and Spinach Tortelli with Flavor Meat Sauce. Following the basic cooking instructions I boiled, strained and added sauce to the Spinach Tortelli. It only took a few minutes and then I was able to enjoy a full meal.

I was surprised to see that the World Menu Spinach Tortelli were quite large. Since I'm used to the mini size, I thought that each of these could easily becomes two. As for the taste, it was delicious and lightly flavored. I liked it since I could add my own seasons to adjust the taste as needed.

Overall I would recommend the Stop & Shop World Menu for when you want to enjoy a culture meal without all the preparations. I can see many ways to make it a main dish or use as an addin to a meal for your family.

Like all of Stop & Shop’s Own Brand products, World Menu items have been subject to a rigorous testing program, which includes customer feedback to ensure that the grocer is consistently delivering on quality and value.

Now that the weather is getting warmer, I'm enjoying more activities outside. But while on the go I sometimes need a healthy energy boost.

Now that Jamba Juice has launched their new ready-to-drink Cold Pressed Juices in the NYC locations, I can stop in the store and grab a bottle to GO!

Note: I received a gift card to sample for review purpose. Any personal views expressed are always 100% my own.

During my latest Jamba Juice visit, I enjoyed a bottle of Citrus Kick. It was SO yummy. I enjoy citrus drinks in general but that dash of ginger took this drink up a notch. I really felt energized to continue my day.

Jamba Cold Pressed Juice is available in 4 flavors and each 12 oz. bottle contains 3 servings of wholesome fruits and vegetables. These are a perfect beverage to kick off your healthy New Year goals. The juices are made from 100% juice and nothing else. They contain no preservatives, and are never heated.

• Orange Reviver - made with orange, apple, beet and banana

• Tropical Greens – made with apple, pineapple, super greens and lemon

• Citrus Kick – made with orange, pineapple, apple and ginger

• Veggie Harvest – made with apple, carrot, ginger and super greens

Jamba uses high pressure processing (HPP) for the new cold-pressed juices to protect their nutrients and flavor. HPP preserves more of the micro-nutrients that occur naturally in fruit and vegetables and which tend to be damaged by heat processes used to manufacture traditional bottled juices.

The New York City area is one of the first markets to have Jamba Juice’s ready-to-drink cold pressed juices and the company will continue to roll out these products nationwide throughout 2015.

With Easter less then 1 week away, my son's after school is getting ready for some egg hunting activities with PLAYMOBIL Eggs.

Note: I received product sample for review purpose. Any personal views expressed are always 100% my own.

We did a pre-easter egg hunt with the younger kids around the playroom and it was so much fun.

I tried to hide the eggs really well but these kids are great little hunters. They looked all over the play room and in any area the eggs could hide.

Of course they found the PLAYMOBIL Eggs. There was one winner for the boys and another winner for the girls. The kids were super excited that the "hunt" for eggs lead to each of them getting a PLAYMOBIL playset prize inside.

Next week we'll have a full Easter party where the other older kids will take their turn "hunting" for their eggs. Can't wait for the fun!

Fun PLAYMOBIL figures are hiding inside each Egg guaranteeing creative play for both girls and boys! With various exciting themes, the PLAYMOBIL Egg is the perfect addition to this year’s Easter Basket. The Possible Eggs include: Princess with Vanity Station, Fun at the Beach, Pirate with Rowboat and Boy with Children’s Tractor.

The PLAYMOBIL eggs are available for purchase on the PLAYMOBIL USA site and at specialty retailers for an MSRP of $9.99

So far our summer has been about relaxing and staying cool during the super hot days. We usually take a trip to the nearest sprinkler area to dance with the water sprouts and splash each other. Its been great!

Note: I'm part of Saban’s Brand-Bassador program and will share monthly information and news about their products. Product samples provided for review purposes. Any personal views expressed are always 100% my own.

During our latest trip to the sprinkler fun area, we took along our latest Saban Brands package which included Paul Frank products great for the summer.

We received a Paul Frank "Skurvy" Skull Beach Towel, which is great to dry off with. It was nice and soft and has a colorful pattern. The skull and bones really makes the towel stand out. No mixing it up with the other kids towel.

It's also nice and large so I can wrap it around my son after his water play to dry off. My son also used it as a super hero cape as he ran around.

During a break from the water play my son enjoyed some juice and a sandwich with Paul Frank Reusable Snack Pack and Tumbler featuring Julius Jr. The tumblers had a rubber base so it didn't slip and slide all over the place. The snack pack was a nice size and easy fit into my son mini backpack. Both items were easy to transport to where we needed to go.

Our day of water play was made easier because I had everything I needed with me thanks to these Paul Frank products!

Since before Christmas, my son and I have been dealing with one sickness after another. From Scarlet fever to the semi flu, not to mention ...

Please Note:

• As a Hoover/Dirt Devil Insider Ambassador, I received the TwinTank Steam Mop sample for review purpose.
• I received the LYSOL Power Free and Scrubbing Bubbles Total Kitchen products for review purposes.
• Views expressed are always 100% my own.

Now that we're feeling "healthy", I decided that this weekend was the time to deep and seriously clean the apartment and get rid of any lingering germs. I armed myself with the latest cleaning devices and products (thanks to my blogger & brand connections) and declared war on any germs and bacteria in my apartment.

The next area to receive a through cleaning was the kitchen area. For this I used Scrubbing Bubbles® Total Kitchen Foaming All Purpose Cleaner with fantastik. and the Scrubbing Bubbles® All Purpose Cleaner with fantastik  which claims to kills 99.9 percent of germs and bacteria so I used it to wipe down the kitchen counter tops and other surfaces.

The Scrubbing Bubbles® Total Kitchen Foaming All Purpose Cleaner with fantastik I used on surfaces that not only needed cleaning but also grime removal like my kitchen sink. I really like that the foam clings to surfaces to break down grease and grime. My sink really was clean and shiny and the kitchen area smelt great.

I was excited to try out the Lysol® Power & Free products line since it's cleaning formula uses Hydrogen Peroxide so it doesn't have the harshness found in bleach. I was able to wipe down the bathroom sink using the Lysol® Power & Free Bathroom Wipes. They are very strong and really picks up dirt, hair, etc well.

For my tub fixtures and tile walls I sprayed the LYSOL® Power & Free™ Bathroom Cleaner and then washed off for a nice clean finish. I really like this for my bathroom tiles. No hard scrubbing!

Lastly I used the LYSOL® Power & Free™ Toilet Bowl Cleaner for the toilet bowl. I like that it had a spout with a curved nozzle to really get under the toilet rim. The liquid gives off a nice clean scent as it penetrates whatever is stuck inside the toilet.
