To share how they're celebrating Negroni Week, No.3 London Dry Gin invited me to Valerie, Bar & Restaurant for a tasting of special Negroni that has been aging for 3 months.

While I had three choices of cocktails to choose from, I focused on the Classic Negroni, which had a deep and rich taste and the White Negroni, which had a light and fruity taste.


Both was very delicious and I enjoyed drinking them, while chatting and sharing laughs with the ladies at my table. Overall a nice set of cocktails to enjoy with friends!

Week-long Negroni drink special available at Valerie in partnership with No.3, a ultra-premium London Dry Gin.

Drink Special: 3-Month Barrel Aged Negroni, $22

• Valerie will serve 3-Month Barrel Aged Negroni featuring No. 3 London Dry Gin, Campari, Vermouth Routin Rouge.
• $2 (50/50 split) from each Negroni sold (including the Barrel Aged Negroni) and its variations served will be donated to the Slow Foods Charity.

No.3 Gin is distilled in one of the oldest distilleries in Holland, where the six botanicals are still traditionally steeped and distilled in a unique 100-year-old, brick-encased copper pot.

For a gin to truly be a London Dry style however, it does have to adhere to the following rules… No colours, flavors or sweeteners can be added after re-distillation, only natural botanicals can be used and like all gins the final liquid must have a minimum strength of 37.5% ABV.
