I knew it was coming but still it snuck up on me. One moment I was feeling fine and then the next sneezing, aching and SICK. Where did that come from. I wasn't around any sick kids and adults. How did the sick germs find me?!

As if there's an answer to that. Germs are everywhere and it just takes a moment to get you!

So yesterday was the first day of being sick and it was awful. I kept sneezing, wiping my forever runny nose and wishing I could find a warm dark place to take a nap. But no, there was things to be done.

Lucky, I was able to covered the events I planned to without sneezing all over people. Oddly at those moments, I felt fine and acted far from being sick. But at the end of the day on my way home, I was DONE. The sneezing returned with a vengeance. I thought I would sneeze myself unconscious. my sneeze were so strong and on repeat. Then add the on coming congestion. Ugh.

I came home, changed into PJs and settled down to watch a DVD with my son. I don't have any more blog events planned for the next 3 weeks. But I do have some holiday parties to attend so I'm hoping to rest for the next few days and feel better.

No one wants to be sick for the holidays!
