The digital enhanced Build-a-Bear Workshop stores I wrote about last year have arrived in New York City! Right before the Thanksgiving holiday I was invited to the newly opened Build-A-Bear Workshop store within FAO Schwarz.

There was a ribbon cutting ceremony with Students from St. Aloysius School, who enjoyed being part of the ribbon cutting and store opening.


After the store was opened, my son and I made a special “Stuffed with Hugs” bear which will be donated to the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club.

I'm so excited we were able to join the opening of the store and be one of the firsts in this Build-A-Bear Workshop store, which is the first store-within-a-store in the United States.
