Delmonico's is serving up its classic dishes including Baked Alaska, Wedge Salad, Lobster Newburg, (to name a few) plus the addition of Chef Edward Hong's new dishes featuring global flavors such as Yellowtail Crudo (Avocado, Walnut, Crispy Pearls, Seasoned Shoyu, Shiso) and Tuna “Tagliatelle” (Sliced Ribbons of Yellowfin Tuna, Ponzu Glaze, Truffle Aioli, Cilantro, Potato Crisps).

The new lunch menu features a newly updated Chopped Wedge Salad with Chef Hong's flavorful twist (Iceberg, Heirloom Tomato, Red Onion, Kikorangi Blue, Prosciutto Chips, Yuzu Honey Vinaigrette); a collection of signature sandwiches including a Duck Prosciutto (Cured Duck Breast, Augala, Tomato Agrodolce, Brief Cheese, Stretchie); and of course plenty of steak.

Lunch is now served from 12:00pm - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

And since Delmonico's has always been about its social scene and bar crowd, the restaurant's cocktail program is also updated seasonally and offers fall-inspired spirits

Thanksgiving Menu

Delmonico's culinary team also released a 3-course Thanksgiving menu, that’s a delicious mix of traditional and new.

Including its Baked Alaska but for a fun Thanksgiving twist, the restaurant will be serving a new Bourbon Pecan Baked Alaska for the holiday.
