My Preview Review

Netflix and DreamWorks Trollhunters

I was able to screen the first two episodes with my son and we really enjoyed them. My son like all the Trolls fighting action (of course) and wacky humor. The Trolls trying to help Jim learn more about the Troll world are a riot!

For my part I like the storytelling and feel of the characters. It's a great fit for kids who want to watch a more "bigger kid" feeling show. There a bit of attitude and some sassy lines here and there from the characters, but nothing overly inappropriate.

Overall, it's a great series for older kids, who's ready for "deeper" storytelling.
