Philly Style UnWrapped Fashion Dresses Benefits Charity

During the event, McDonald’s and Bloomingdale’s showcased Premium McWrap inspired wrap dresses perfect for a spring and summer wardrobe. The wrap dresses were designed by local up-and-coming fashion designers from the Philadelphia Region.

Kristin Haskin Simms Krysi

Designers such as Kristin Haskin Simms, a local Philadelphia based designer, founder of Krysi and previous contestant on Project Runway, Season 8, created a custom made wrap dress perfect for the on-the-go woman.

Nicole Haddad Lobo Mau

Nicole Haddad, the Brazilian designer behind the brand Lobo Mau, offered up her take on McDonald’s new and old, in her McWrap classic wrap dress.

Nicole Fisher

Nicole Fisher, who has designed for brands such as QVC, Urban Outfitters and Free People, showcased her convertible jumpsuit collection.

Mah-Jing Wong, Latifat Obajinmi and Moriamo Johnson Aso Damisi, Patricia Stewart Chino Designs

Mah-Jing Wong’s took his inspiration from a mix of Japanese Pop Art and New York street styles when it came to his “Sweet Chili” wrap dress.

Latifat Obajinmi and Moriamo Johnson, the sisters behind the brand Aso Damisi added a little bit of flair to their dresses by incorporating their signature African prints.

And Patricia Stewart, the designer and creator of Chino Designs, created her McWrap inspired dress to fit and flatter a plus size silhouette.

In addition, special guest Stephanie Solomon, Ready-to-Wear Fashion Director at Bloomingdale’s Manhattan, featured some of this season’s hottest spring and summer trends. Lesley Van Arsdall, anchor for CBS 3 and The CW Philly, served as the evening emcee.

All ticket sales and 10% of Bloomingdale’s sales from the evening’s event was donated to the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House. Additionally, each Premium McWrap inspired dress will be auctioned off at with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the charity.

Each custom made Premium McWrap inspired dress is for sale and can be yours. The auction is open until May 23rd and winners will be notified by Friday, May 24th.
