Enjoying FamilyFun Day with ClubMed & NYICFF at Scholastic Store
A few weeks ago my son and I headed to the Scholastic Resource Center to enjoy a day filled with attending the New York International Children’s Film Festival screenings, enjoying interactive crafts and sharing at the ClubMed’s “And What’s Your Idea of Happiness” photo booth.
After we arrived we tried signing up for the NYICFF screenings but they were all sold out. I was a bit disappointed but quickly got over it since there was so many other things to do. We received a passport and set out to get a stamp at all the different activity tables
We created and decorated a flag.
We decorated sun glasses.
We shared our idea of what happiness is at the ClubMed photo booth. In case you are wondering "cookies" make us happy.
The last activity was an animation station where my son "dance" moves were put into a mini film. It was really cool and I was hoping to get the video to share with you but....the guy promised to send it but never did. Tsk!
After all that fun we turned in our passport for a prize. We play to win!
Major thanks to New York International Children’s Film Festival, FamilyFun, Parents, Scholastic, and event sponsored ClubMed for such a fun day.
