Milk Mustache 'Winter Breakfast Basket' #MilkTraditions

While at BlogHer earlier this year, I spent some time at the Milk Mustache booth learning about The Breakfast Project, which aims to help more Americans enjoy breakfast at home with milk.

Note: I received the Milk Mustache breakfast package as a gift. I required to blog about it, I just wanted to share. Any personal views expressed are always 100% my own.

Not only did I have fun at their photo booth taking pictures with their milkman, but I also learned how having milk and morning breakfast can have a powerful impact on my families nutrition needs.

"Breakfast sets the tone for your day, so if you don't start off right with a healthy, filling breakfast, then you may be more likely to make poorer choices the rest of the day. Skipping breakfast also makes it tough for you to get all the nutrients you need, which is a problem for adults, but it's especially worrisome for kids. Their growing bodies and developing brains need a healthy breakfast every day." said celebrity TV chef Ellie Krieger, who is registered dietitian, mom and former milk mustache celebrity.

After BlogHer, I've kept in touch with the Milk Mustache team via Twitter and Facebook. One day after tweeting I wanted to have breakfast but was out of milk, they were nice enough to send me a package that included recipes and other breakfast related goodies. How sweet of them right?

Now I'm excited to share that Milk Mustache is having a special holiday #MilkTraditions contest where 4 lucky winners can win their own winter breakfast baskets, which include seasonal recipes, hot chocolate mix, and plenty of breakfast goodies to make breakfast during the holidays special.

How to enter to win? From now until 12/23 on twitter join @MilkMustache to talk about family, winter, seasonal flavors, the upcoming holidays and morning traditions with the family! So make sure to tweet with them to win!

I hope one of my readers win, so don't forget to read the rules of the contest
