D3Publisher Holiday Videogames Preview Ben 10: Omniverse, Winx Club: Magical Fairy Party & more

Recently D3Publisher hosted a Holiday Showcase event for their upcoming fall and holiday video games. During the event, I watched the games being demoed and learned and why families should check these games out this holiday. Here are a few of the D3Publisher games I previewed and recommend

Ben 10: Omniverse - players are immersed in action-brawler gameplay featuring the new art style inspired from the show. Gamers will have the power to switch forms and battle as one of 13 playable alien heroes, including never-before-seen aliens like Bloxx and Gravattack, as they work with either Ben or Rook to defeat the evil plans of a fierce villain, intent on destroying the world.

Ben 10: Omniverse gives fans the option to play single-player or two-player co-op mode (for all platforms except Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS), where one player controls Ben and his alien forms and the other can play as Rook with his Proto-Tool, a high-tech multifunction weapon designed to battle evil.


Winx Club: Magical Fairy Party for Nintendo DS Gaming girls will discover enchanting story and exciting mini-games filled with fairies, fashion, friendship (and pets) that fans love. Fans can star in the game as their own fairy, interact with their favorite show characters, perform spells and plan unforgettable events that include a wondrous ball! The game is based on a brand new Winx Club modern fantasy adventure television series that will take the fairies of Alfea School on magical experiences and showcase a new art style with CGI episodes releasing this fall.


Top Hand Rodeo first authentic interactive rodeo video game for Kinect for Xbox 360 and features the sport events for up to four players. Players can freshen up their ranch competitive talents with skill building mini-games. Has a complete range of full motion controls; players can swing a rope, shoot a gun, and ride a bull with ease and accuracy. Top Hand Rodeo Tour delivers all the thrills of being a professional cowboy competing on the rodeo circuit.

Rise of the Guardians: The Video Game - Rise of the Guardians: The Video Game allows you to play in an action-packed adventure game as one of the classic childhood legends, including: North (aka Santa Claus), Tooth (aka the Tooth Fairy), Bunnymund (aka the Easter Bunny), Sandman, and Jack Frost. Each player has their own set of upgradable and never-before-seen extraordinary abilities to help you take on the evil spirit “Pitch” and his infectious nightmares.  Features drop-in-and-out multiplayer and up to four players on consoles, cool team attacks, and an arsenal of spellbinding moves.

Victorious: Taking the Lead based on the hit Nickelodeon television series, is an adventure and exploration game where fans can be Tori Vega and star in a Hollywood Arts production. Tori really wants the lead role in the upcoming school play and fans can help her get the part by successfully playing through a variety of fun mini-games that are tied to the show. Fans will receive an inside look into the Victorious world where they can fully interact with cast members like Jade and Beck, and visit their favorite show locations.

Adventure Time: Hey Ice King! Why’d you steal our garbage?!, based on Cartoon Network series, Adventure Time, in the first licensed Adventure Time video game, Finn and Jake wake up one morning to find their trash stolen by the Ice King. Journey through the Land of Ooo in an offbeat adventure and discover perilous dungeons and unimaginable treasures, while playing as Finn and Jake in a unique action-adventure experience.
