Since this was a McDonald’s event, of course there was lots of taste testing happening. But guest also enjoyed, manicures by Lisa Logan, (manicurist to stars like Beyonce & others), Massages and Make-up tips and makeovers.

Guest were also able to meet with lifestyle expert (Bobbie Thomas) and nutrition experts (Tanya Zuckerbrot, MS, RD and Sylvia Meléndez-Klinger, MS, RD) to discuss ways to “get your berry fix” this summer.

Since I'm trying to break out my plain mom mode and add some color splases to my style I spent some time chatting with lifestyle expert Bobbie Thomas about easy and simple ways moms (and other women) can tap into the berry color trend.

Let me just say that Bobbie was excited to take me in hand and give me the berry fashion 101 rundown. LOL. Bobble mentioned that adding clothing and accessories in berry tones and colors was one of the easiest way. Search your local stores to find reasonably prices tops to add to your wardrobe.

You can also accessorize with color using fun elements like hair clips, jewelry, belts, even makeup. From lip stick to nail polish you can add the fun color of spring berry into your life.

Many thanks to Bobbie Thomas to the fashion advice (and encouragement) and to McDonald’s for these new yummy spring/summer time treats.
