Laselle Kegel Exercisers Helps Pelvic Muscles Review
A while ago I wrote how working moms can have relief from back pain. In that post I mentioned that I spoke with Dr. Stuart Kahn, Director of the Spine Institute Pain Rehabilitation at Beth Israel Medical Center, and one of the techniques he suggested was Kegel exercise. But he's not the only one.
The need for Kegel exercise is a common suggestion from Women’s magazines, health blogs and our own GYN doctors, especially for women after pregnancy and child birth. Still many of us are at a loss how to start.
Some women have easily learned how to contract their pelvic muscles by concentrating on this area and squeezing. For other women it's easier to "feel" these muscles with the help of an aid like Laselle Kegel Exercisers. Laselle Kegel Exercisers offer an easy and effective way of strengthening the muscles of the pelvic floor. Worn discreetly inside during daily activities, they help you locate your PC muscles (pelvic floor muscles) and provide a solid object for you to flex around for more effective strengthening.
After having my son I started doing Kegel exercises to re-strength my PC muscles and continence (bladder control). Like all muscles, the PC muscles naturally become weaker over time, or they lose elasticity from being stretched during childbirth. So I started squeezing.
When I learned about Laselle Kegel Exercisers, I was curious to know how they worked while doing the same Kegel exercises so I agreed to a review. I received the Laselle Kegel Exercisers and Intimina Feminine Moisturizer.
The Intimina Feminine Moisturizer is awesome. It's a water-based solution fortified with Aloe Vera so it feels VERY natural and smooth. Not greasy or sticky at all. It also didn't stain my clothing. It's Glycerin-free, paraben-free and aligned with a women body’s natural pH, so it can be used daily if you needed added comfort.
The Laselle Kegel Exercisers are made from smooth silicone and are available in three different weights. The different weights provide different levels of resistance and can be combined/ adapted to a routine as pelvic floor becomes stronger.
- Weight: 28g / 1 oz: To experiment for the first time
- Weight: 38g / 1.3 oz: To increase resistance further
- Weight: 48g / 1.7 oz: For a more advanced routine
Considering all the health benefits to be gain by doing Kegel Exercise, I highly recommend trying out the Laselle Kegel Exercisers and Intimina Feminine Moisturizer. Learn more about discovering a Laselle Kegel Routine and then check your local CVS for Laselle products.
Please Note: I received a product sample for review purpose. No other compensation was received. Views expressed are always 100% my own.
