We received the DVD and couldn't wait to watch the latest adventure featuring Smurfette and her friends Brainy, Clumsy and Hefty on an exciting race through the Forbidden Forest to find a mysterious lost village that leads to the discovery of the biggest secret in Smurf history!

MY REVIEW

We enjoyed seeing Smurfette leading an adventure outside the Smurf village into the Forbidden Forest. The story-line offered something different for longtime fans with new creatures, learning more about Smurfette and the reveal of the "lost" Smurfs.

The story-line was entertaining enough to keep my son's attention, despite the girl power focus and the implied romance moments. So overall it's a good fit for both boys and girls to enjoy with their families.

SMURFS: THE LOST VILLAGE is also available in THE SMURFS 3-MOVIE BLU-RAY COLLECTION, which includes The Smurfs and The Smurfs 2.
