Let's be honest, we all enjoy snacking. But to much of certain types of snacks can lead to stomach aches, breakouts and sugar crash. If your looking for a healthier type of snack, then try Crunchies’ line of freeze-dried fruits & veggies.

I recently tried Crunchies as an after-school snack for my son (and myself) with good results.
We both like the "crunch" and texture of fruits and veggies. Plus the taste was light and not overly sweet. We're adding Crunchies to our snack list!
Crunchies’ product line includes strawberries, mango, pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, cinnamon apple, strawberry banana, mixed fruit and beets.
Wondering how Crunchies are made?
Unlike traditional heat drying, the freeze-drying method used by Crunchies ensures that fresh fruit and veggies retain their nutritional value while enhancing shelf life—and creating that satisfying crunch.
After harvesting, fresh produce is promptly frozen and undergoes a low-pressure drying process in which frozen water is removed directly as steam, bypassing the liquid state.
As a result, Crunchies are a great food choice for all ages with each serving only around 40 calories.
Available in stores nationwide in both single-serve packs (SRP: $1.25) and larger grab-n-go resealable pouches (SRP: $4.99 – 5.99), Crunchies contain no added sugar, artificial flavors or coloring and are non-GMO, gluten-free, vegan, kosher and halal certified.
