Talking Health & Fitness w/ WWE Superstars at Tapout Fitness Workout #WWEMoms #TapoutFitness #WomensRevolution
It's not everyday you get an offer to workout with the Women's WWE Superstars Alicia Fox, Natalya, Naomi, Lana and Summer Rae before interviewing them and Maria Menounos about keeping healthy and in shape.

While I'm far from being a fitness blogger, I do try to be as healthy and active as possible. So I grabbed my workout gear and headed to the Tapout Fitness Center in Manhattan!
But despite my good intentions, the NYC MTA wasn't very supportive of my fitness goals. LOL. I was seriously delayed and missed being part of the actual workout. Can I just get credit for the effort of trying to get there for the workout?!

While I couldn't join the workout, I was able to watch while waiting for the Q&A portion of the event. Each workout was lead by WWE Superstar who explained each workout and what part of the body was targeted.
I could tell the women (and a few men) were feeling the burn but everyone kept at it till the end. After the workout everyone cooled down while enjoying fitness shakes and snack bars.
Yes I joined my blog friends Denise, Danielle and Nichol to enjoy the fitness treats also. Let me tell you, traveling on the NYC MTA is it own kinda workout and I earned that shake!
After the fitness treats, it was time for the Q&A with Maria Menounos and WWE Superstars who answered various questions from the audience, including me!
The ladies shared how they stay in shape while traveling, how they enjoyed fast food with a healthy twist and staying motivated overall.
Since Alicia Fox is one of my favorite wrestlers, I was really interested in how she keeps motivated to workout. Watch the video to hear what she said.
I also had a chance to ask Maria, how to focus a workout when you only have a few minutes?
Maria shared that you can include "working out" in different parts of your day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Talk an extra few minutes walk around the block. Do squats while standing in the kitchen. It's all about keeping the body moving and active.
While we could stay and chat with the ladies all day, they had to go but not before stopping to posing for a photo with their fans, including me!
It was great to meet Maria Menounos and Women's WWE Superstars. They offered so much encouragement and support for those who want to live a healthier lifestyle.
