Millennium Broadway Hotel "Ask Alfred" Children’s Concierge Service #AskAlfred

Earlier this month we joined the Millennium Broadway Hotel to celebrate the launch of their "Ask Alfred" Children’s Concierge, a new service for families staying at the hotel.

Millennium Broadway hosted a mini “Teddy Bear Picnic Street Fair,” complete with street carts of pop-corn, cotton candy, caricature sketching, balloon animals, photography booth and other fun activities.

But the highlight of the event was meeting Alfred the Bear himself and receiving an "Ask Alfred" t-shirt and bear as a souvenir.

The new "Ask Alfred" Children’s Concierge, aims to put a special focus on its youngest guests staying with their families at the Millennium Hotels and Resorts in North America. The Ask Alfred amenity can be added on for an additional $15 per child (aged between 2 and 12 years old) with any Millennium Hotels and Resorts package.

Born at Millennium Hotels in the U.K., the program’s star namesake Alfred the bear will bring big smiles to the hotels’ smallest guests as part of a custom-designed children’s amenity kit in partnership with leading toy company Melissa & Doug and organic candy maker Surf Sweets.

Kids will enjoy an Ask Alfred cinch backpack filled with goodies including: an exclusive Ask Alfred cuddly Teddy Bear, Surf Sweets natural and organic Gummy Bears, a crayon activity set by Melissa & Doug, Alfred’s Lovable Stickables and a set of 12 collectible ‘Color Me’ postcards featuring Alfred on his travels.

Kids are welcome to drop off the postcards at the Concierge desk for complimentary mailing.

Additionally, Millennium Hotels and Resorts will donate $2 from each Ask Alfred amenity sold to Dream Factory, which grants the dreams of critically and chronically ill children.

  5. This is great. And I'm loving the cinch backpack for kiddos to use when they travel. It's way easier than a backpack or rolling suitcase.
