Welch’s Fruit Snacks Review

Like many kids, my son loves snack time. As a parent I want to keep snack time healthy as much as possible with fruits and veggies. But kids aren't always interested in "healthy" snacks.

So when I learn that Welch’s Fruit Snacks are made with REAL fruit, are fat free, gluten free and contain 100% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin C and 25% of Vitamins A and E. A , you know I had to review them.

But reviewing any kids treats can be tricky. Will my son like it? More important will he eat it?! After receiving the Welch’s Fruit Snacks, I first did a taste test and I liked them. They're sorta adorable with the different themes like tangy fruits, island fruits, etc.

Then it was my son's turn for a taste test. And score he liked them! He then proceed to eat a while bag...or two. Good thing the packs are only 80-calories and come in portion-controlled sizes.

For families worried about sugar, Welch’s Fruit Snacks Reduced Sugar variety is recognized as a Healthier Snacking option by the Alliance for a Healthier Generation. They are the smarter snacking choice that burst with flavor and will still satisfy your craving!

So this summer if you're traveling or packing treats for summer school, then try Welch’s Fruit Snacks. I know your family will like them.

  1. I used to love Welch's Fruit Snacks, until I discovered that it has gelatin in it. I'm a vegetarian and unfortunately, I had to stop eating it. Ever since, I have been looking for a similar snack, but without gelatin. If you do happen to come across any that is still delicious, I'd love to hear about it.
