Skinny Cow Dirty Dancing Celebration Tour with Jennifer Grey

Skinny Cow is hosting special screenings all across the country to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of one of my favorite 80's movies, Dirty Dancing! The 8 city tour kicked off in New York City where I had the chance to check out the festivities and relive the awesome 80's movie and music!

Please Note: I was invited as media to this event. No compensation was received. Views expressed are always 100% my own.

The party kicked off in the Best Buy Theater in Time Square where fans waited in line to see the movie and enjoy Skinny Cow treats. Nobody puts Skinny in the corner! :) Then party after with food, drinks and dancing!

We had a surprise guest appearance of Baby herself, Jennifer Grey who came by to reminisce about Dirty Dancing and some of her favorite scenes. She looked fabulous and gorgeous!

In honor of the 25th Anniversary, they showcased some of the iconic props used in the movie such as Baby's shoes, her finale dress and Johnny's black tank top!

Our snack box we all received before the movie started! Yummy!

After the movie,Skinny Cow served food, ice cream and special Dirty Dancing cocktails for everyone!

The after party was fun with professional dancers and a rockin' DJ to get people on the dance floor!

The whole event was a lot of fun for a girl's night out - got to dance to some 80's tunes, watch Baby and Johnny dance and fall in love again and the cherry on top of the night, Skinny Cow sends you home with a nice swag bag to remember the 'Time of Your Life!' :)

  1. That's so cool you got to see Jennifer Grey. In high school I adored that movie. I even had the soundtrack on tape!

  2. Is the finale dress in a private collection? Wish I could see it in person.
