HP Holds "Expert Day" to Answer PC & Printer Questions

What is Expert Day? It's one day to get all of your HP technology questions answered and talk LIVE with experts to receive tips and tricks for using your new (or well-loved) toys!

On Wednesday, January 11, starting at 7:00 am PST, more than 200 HP experts will converge on the HP Consumer Support Forum for 24 hours to answer any and all PC and printer-related questions for both in and out-of-warranty products.

If you're first-time visitors to the HP consumer support forum you will need to registration but it's a quick and easy process. Once you register, the forum is wide open to you and all your questions. HP’s team of more than 100 experts will be on hand answering as many questions as possible – no question is off-limits.

As part of a continued initiative to provide superior customer support, HP has added seamless mobile functionality to the HP Consumer Support Forum. The HP Mobile Consumer Support Forum may be accessed anywhere, anytime from any mobile device – no app download required. Visitors can browse content, post questions and even assist other customers all while on the go.

  1. I wish I had know about this sooner. I have Mac and HP issues that still need to be resolved. I hope they do another one and focus on Macs.
