As most parents know toddlers like to be independent. At a certain point they either want to "help" with everything or do something themselves. Of course my son is no different. One area he likes to "help" in is when he's getting dressed. But sometimes when he wants to button his buttons or zip up his pants and finds he can't then he get frustrated. When Cute Beltz contacted me about reviewing one of their belts I knew it would be a good item to help me son with his independent dressing.
My Review: I received a boys velcro belt in Sand & Sea brown and white pattern. Besides looking adorable on my son I liked that the belt was simple and easy to use for his little fingers. After showing him how to "close" he happily went about opening and closing his belt.
As I used the belt for a few days I noticed that it was helpful when it came time to go potty. No more fussing with the belt buckle while trying to catch the potty moment. A simple opening not only helped save time but my son was more willing to try going potty now that he can "open" the belt himself.
